ASOLO PROSECCO SUPERIORE DOCG EXTRA BRUT

Xero (dry in Greek, zero in Venetian) is the perfect name for this sparkling wine with zero residual sugar. A blunt and direct Prosecco; its upfront nature doesn’t try to hide what it is.

To compensate for the lack of sugar, the grapes are harvested late, with longer sur lie aging at higher temperatures; this process contributes to greater complexity and fullness in the mouth.

This Prosecco Superiore is crafted from selected grapes grown on the hills of Maser. A difficult and generous soil where the scarce vines grow golden grapes, a lasting symbol of the excellence of our family’s wine production.

Obtained through a careful grape selection process and total commitment to the creation of flawless sparkling wine, this noble wine showcases exuberant, ultra-fine bubbles in a pale straw colour.

Simple and lively, with moderate and pleasant bubbles, this Asolo Prosecco does not want to be the king of the table, but your everyday companion.

For this wine we used the Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown in our Maser vineyards.

Gentle maceration and twelve months of aging in oak barrels leave this wine fresh and easy to drink, retaining a strong structure and complexity.
